The first month of the best year EVER (so far).

January 2010, was pretty difficult for me. I had just started interning in NST, and trust me it was god awful. The only perks was meeting Malaysian bands and interviewing them. The people in NST are ... yeah. Let's just say i barely survived.
Working 9-5, driving home + getting stuck in the jam really does take a toll. Ofcourse, i am to blame for going out until 5/6AM everyday. But.. i didn't want to waste my time in Malaysia,so yeah.
Thank you Izzy for the latelate night rides around.. i don't even remember where we went or WHY we went there, we just...drove. LOL.

A few days(?) after New Years,after a failed trip to Opera/Rootz, Trina and I decided to head to LOP for the first time ever. We dragged Hariz along.

Hariz.. is horrible when it comes to being `chill` about illegal activities. God,hariz.

January was also especially hard because the boy i spent my entire 3 months with,left. So abruptly. So fast. I don't think Trina and I had time to wrap ourselves with the fact that Jervis was leaving.

The boys organized a farewell dinner ( LALA CHONG FOR THE WIN!!) for Jervis the night before he left, and then we headed to LOP, just for a final hurrah.

Louis' post-birthday dinner!
Lou had his dinner at Carnaval in DJ. Yummy meat. I think i overdosed on meat that night. Very strange table-company. Candice & Dinesh kept me company,thankfully :) It was really good to catch up with Dees,rindu sangat la.

Stopped by Jian Hao's apartment for his pool party,then headed to Rootz only to NOT go to Rootz(thanks ALOT,Malaysia). Then we headed to Space, but it was waaay too full and we didn't feel like waiting we decided on Bubbles. After so many failed plans, it was definitely the most fun i've had! Maniiiis :) & Manis number TWO.

I'll just blog about December since it was the most happening month. Trina came over to stay the entire month, 3 days a week. We went clubbing almost ..everyday i think(?)

We went to a few failed events ; but the company made up for it.

End of College Party.

Ministry Of Sound had some end of semester event, so a bunch of us decided to go. Mm,music was not impressive. Took pretty pictures though!

Met Keeank for the first time. How quiet you were,K. Spent a pretty long time in Starbucks talking about..i don't even remember but it was pretty fun :p Najee stopped by for awhile.

Space ; Sya's Birthday.

We were supposed to go for the LMFAO event @ Mansion, but..hotddamn,Mansion was so unbelievably empty we decided to bail. And the clock was ticking , and Alisya's birthday was at 12. We really didn't want to make her spend her 20th birthday on a ROAD in Heritage. We quickly decided on Space which looked the most full... I'd say it was a very very good decision.

Space was pretty good. They renovated the inside, and Alisya ( according to her & faizal ; had the best first time clubbing experience ever). So i'm very satisfied.

Milsya was unfortunately unable to join because he was in Phuket? Yeah, phuket :(

The next day was Alisya's Surprise Party @ Redbox Pavillion.

Faizal organized it ,and i co-organized it. Faizal,Alisya and her twin sister + boyfriend were already in Pavillion watching a movie so my job was to get everyone to meet at my place on time and leave on time +cake bladiblabla. I think if i were a party planner i'd lose my mind. Seriously.

7pm-3AM Karaoke session. Mmmm. Was very stoned until a few people left :) heh.

Night to remember la ; the amount of times we sang Bad Romance( thank you Izzy & Faizal for repeating :p ) Trina and i sang a few old karaoke numbers. Aman & Ashton were the most passionate singers of the night. Nazrin did a dance for all of us to..well,laugh at :p

Hariz........................HAHAHAHA. Sang/Danced for all of us . I wish i took videos of the Thriller dance the boys did, i must steal it from Faizal!

Alisya and Faizal should just get married + make babies and start a band ; just saying :p

All ended very well ; Alisya was pretty surprised. Her twin sister was also really surprised.

Bangkok.

I went to the lovely Bangkok with the aunt for about 3 days. Bangkok is awesome. My aunt and i had the best seafood dinner..EVER. Thinking about it still makes me full. I reckon it's the best seafood i've ever eaten yo. SO yummers.

Christmas Eve.

Trina and I woke up pretty late, rushed to grocery shop. Rushed home, and started cooking around 4PM. People started coming at 8/9PM.

Played with balloons,LG,played(?) "die for 10 seconds -+".

Roasted Chicken was yum.

Mist.
No elaboration because Mist is a horrible place with horrible occupants. The only highlight was free flow. Other than that ; NOTHING. Oh wait no, someone came to a realization that night. *wooooo.
The after was rather enjoyable. Trina,Koo,Milsya,YL,Izzy,Faizal,Taty,Najee,Anis,Keean,Hariz,Natalie,a very drunk Anthony + gf came back to my place for more drinks.

Since Steve Aoki was SO good,I figured The Bloody Beetroots would be the same.But,ofcourse..Mm.

TBB played a very good show, but i guess everyone just wasn't really into it. Except maybe Keean. Love you K ; You are ace.

I am now a fan of Lapsap/Dj Goldfish. Kept hearing about Lapsap and all, but i've never actually heard anything. Impressed woi.

2009,for me was the definition of bittersweet.

I've never had more ups,neither have i had more downs. But looking back, i dare say 2009 was a really good year. I barely can remember all the bad things ( okay,i can but it's all such a blur).
This year, i learned alot more "life lessons" as they call it. Lessons i'd definitely bear in mind whenever i think of doing something/saying something.

The people who've stuck by me since i left ; I don't think words/pictures/or even smiles can explain how thankful i am that it's all of you who stuck by me. Definitely the best group of people.

Surprise!

I managed to pull of a huge hoax during SpringBreak! GU have us a week off for Spring Break and Papa Moses bought me a ticket home. Right on time for RAYAAAA :) *LEMANGRENDANGKETUPATYUM.

Only difference with this trip back was that NO ONE knew. Except well, Adrian, Adri & Taty :p

I told everyone i was going to Sydney for Spring Break, which i initially was but Dad said the flights were the same price and if i wanted to come home it'd be okay as well. So i went home :) HEHE.

I landed on Saturday the 26th. I wanted to surprise Trina first but meh she was in KL :( So mom called Vanessa saying, I sent a package and if she could drop it off. Ofcourse there was no REAL package, except for ME.

Mom drove to Vanessa's house and Vanessa came out...and i ran from behind and she started screaming " I KNEW IT" . Yer potong la you.

But you were atleast a LITTLE bit surprised yes? Ok good :) Haha. Then she helped me surprise Alison. Whoa, her reaction's listed under the "Best reaction " category.

Surprise No1 -
Vanessa called Alison, saying I sent a package. Drove to Alison's house, parked at the side of her house so she wouldnt' see me. Alison came out, Vanessa walked in her house, slumbering making conversation. And i bolted from behind the gate and screamed and Alison starts crying and going ohmygod ohmygod.
Yeeeeeeees la. Surprise numero dos DOWN!

Then i think i went to hang with Adrian for awhile. Surprised Dinesh too :p He kept saying i wasn't real -_- Idiot.

Trina was DAMN hard to surprise la!!! I took my mother's phone and texted Trina asking when she would be home. And Trina responded saying she'd come over to get the package isntead of my mom going to her. So okaay. I was super restless waiting for Trina to come over.

Surprise 2#
I'm out for dinner with Adrian & Dinesh when my aunt calls and says trina's outside. I'm like WHAAAA?
Told my aunt to stall her. And i parked my car behind my house, and i run ( i seem to have been running alot i know ) towards my house. And trina's outside my house and she says to my aunt, " Is that..Rhema running?". And when i finally appear infront of my house, in standard Trina fashion the reaction is " WHAT.THE.FUCK. OHMYGOD. YER. OHMYGOD. YER *hits me* YER. YER. OHMYGOD. *hugs* OMG. OHMYGOD. WHAT THE FUCK. *hits me*"

I just giggle endlessly :p She was quite surprised la ; i am VERY happy :) I ask Trina if she wants to be in on surprising everyone else! And we head to Mcdonalds first to surprise Aaron. Then we headed over to Rasta to surprise the rest of the guys.
Man was i nervous. Super nervous.

I see the Faizal,Alisya,Aman,Rizzo,Ashton,YL & Syam sitting down and i creep up and go
" HEY".

Ashton goes - O_O WHAT THE FUCK.
Faizal "OHMYGOD RHEMSS YOU'RE BACK! HOW LONG?!"
Hariz....HAHA. Hariz's reaction " eh.....not in sydney?" STUPID RAWR.

Then faizal called me a slut for not telling him i was coming back pft pft.

But they were super surprised. Izzy&Naz weren't there. Naz wasn't going to come apparently,but sweet Aman called him and told him he HAD to come because there was a surprise.
Surprise 3#
And that boy, being the curious little cutiepie he is ; came to Rasta and, like the other reactions i got a " OHMYGOD GILER SURPRISE DOWHH RHEMA'S BACKKK"

Surprise 4#
They said Izzat would be coming soon so i ran to the back of Rasta with Ashton. Then we slowly walk back and Izzat and Dinie are there. Izzat's facing towards the big screen so i AGAIN, creep up from behind. I walk to his side* but he doesn't notice -_-

" HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII"
Izzat pushes his chair back and goes " OHMYGOD OH MY GOD. OHMYGOD.
Dinie : OHMYGOD RHEMAAAAAA
Izzat : OHMYGOD WHAT THE FUCK. OHMYGOD. * he says this REALLY really loudly, the entire rasta sorta just glares at us cuz there's a foootie match going on and well, noise.*

I sat down next to Izzat and he kept staring at me going like " Ohmygod Rhema. Ohmygod. Seriously. Ohmygod"

Think Izzat was the most surprised next to Trina & Alison.

I was only supposed to stay for a week, but of course i pushed my flight back so i stayed for a total of 12 days.

It was very very good to be back!

12 days *- ;

• Hung out with the guys and Trina & Koo mostly.
• Had yumm Nasi Lemak breakfast *DAMN EARLY OK* with Vanessa.
  
• Met up with Juan & Mahdi. Had dinner with the Pickles!
  
• Dvd nights with the boys. Movie-dates.
  
• Karaoke( my first karaoke session where most of the songs were sung Screamo style. LOVES IT- )
  
• Minimini-Roadtrips to Subang :p.
• Literally all night heart-to-heart/angry heart to heart's with Izzy & Faritz.
• Met up with Najee,Ilyas,LongHairDude & Taty.

Downside to the trip ;

I got into an accident for THE FIRST TIME in Mcdonalds when i was going to meet the guys for lunch -_____- So pariah. I was super freaked out i swear. Had to go to the police station to make a police report ; which was quite a waste of time might i add.

RAWR POLICE DIRAJA MALAYSIA CAN SUCK ASS.

Best of the best.

I left Malaysia today. Saying goodbye this time was horrible. I've never cried so much,so long ever. Thank you ; Alison,Dinesh,Aaron,Vanessa,Trina,Rachel,Izzy,Milsya,Yeeling,Naz&Hariz for coming to the airport. Meant the world to me<3>16th of June - 19th of July. Everyday was a blast. Every-single-fucking-day.

My first day in KL was already awesome. After a long long flight, i was greeted at the airport by Trina,Jervis and Dad. After that, we went back to my place and TL,Koo & I went to J for some breakfast. Mmmmyum, nasi lemak @ 7am in J is the bomb diggity wei. Then Jervis had to..go somewhere and Trina had..class was it? I then called Hariz and woke him up :p Hehe sorry! And then we met up with Izzat @ Mcdonalds.

Izzat had to go for class after that, so we met up with everyone else. My nights were mostly spent with Izzat,Hariz& gang. The daily routine would be " safa jom? " or " eh eh williams la " , and i`d whine a little about going to Williams..because of the cockroaches la :P
My later nights/early mornings were spent with Najee,Ah Ying & Taty. I'll blog about significant happenings la & a few other insignificant to you but..important to me stuff (:

Bali ;

My aunt has been talking about Bali for awhile now. This trip back, we finally went with Trina ! We stayed at Kuta Seaview Resort. Jebus k, i love the place. It's so adorable. The flight there was..ick in my opinion. I really don't like AirAsia ay.

First night in Bali was..EPIC. Had dinner at the Hard Rock. Ribs were YUMMERS. Terserempak with a guy that looked like a hotter version of Zac Efron! SERIOUS. Stayed at the Hard Rock for abit watching the band playing ..hehe. Went back to the hotel and got ready to go clubbing. Fuckload of white people in the clubs yo. Who are EXTREMELY tall. Trina and i felt so short..and ..well short -_- Jeeeez. Clubbing was really fun, haha.

The events that happened after will be saved in the vault of " whats happens in bali,stays in bali" Sozcakes ya`ll :) *plays show me love. FUCK YEAH.

The next day, after we recovered and stuff. We went for dinner and a little bit of shopping. Sunday was our last day, woke up earlier to shop and managed to get a bunch of stuff.

Drove to Al's house, and then she drove us to Bangsar! I think i kept laughing at Alison driving. Sorry la.. haha. Went to Nirwana's and then Naz called and met up with us during his break.

MOS -Mixtape Night or something ;

After Trina & i went to Mango to join the guys for abit, went back home to change and pick up Koo & Mariam we headed to MOS at about..12 haha. It wasn't too bad, music wasn't really my kinda groove. Some very strange guy kept intruding on all our pictures. Trina called him " Jason"( the guy in the pink shirt) because he looks abit like Eyebrows Jason.

Colin's Birthday ;

Stopped by Colin's birthday with Trina. Sean Lim/Shawn i duno la, is super funny. Boy can't seem to drink very well. Westchester dropped by too! Left the party after a few hours, then came home to meet up with the guys . Izzat,Nazrin,Hariz ended up staying over :) Very,very interesting night <3

Dodgeball ;

Milsya randomly called one day and said he was playing for TOC's Dodgeball team. Rounded everyone up and headed to the Curve to watch Milsya play! Soooooo cute i swear. All aggro and into the game. I have no pictures.. although i think Ninjafish has pictures..i took videos! So..here's one :)



We went for a few matches after that. TOC lost by..1 think to Taylors! He went head on with PuaZ smo.

Pavillion with Sluttycakes ;

Went to Coffee Bean, talked about every single thing in the world.[ skinjee&prism la mainly] Went to La Senza after that, and ended up camho`ing in the dressing room. Eh don't judge k! We HARDLY go inside dressing rooms and take pictures shamelessly. So shush. The ride back was super fun la.
It was raining and the road was blocked , so we took a really long way back to PJ. We ended up blasting music in the car and dancing, yes dancing. And making weird movements , so weird that other cars just stared at us.

Taylors ADP Prom ;

Before prom.. i think i was buying dvds with izzat. I think. Rushed home and got ready for prom. Picked up Trina who was nice enough to drive for me while i was fixing my make up and shoes all. Picked up Pua Sze and off we were to Rennaisance. Saw familliar faces a.k.a Daniel :)

Haha fuck she's funny. The entire night..was really hahaha. First, we walked all the way upstairs only to find out we were in the wrong wing and then walked all the way. Then got lost going to the hotel room , had to walk all the way back to the previous wing. Alot of walking la basically. I just kept laughing at Pua Sze's frustration.

Spent most of the night in the room, managed to get food from Prom. Played STC :) Haha. Dropped Trina home after Prom and then went home to meet Izzy & Hariz. We watched.. some Demi Lovato movie! Hahaha.

MOS - Mad Max Event ;

i went to watch 17 again with Izzy & Kira . Aaahh Zac Efron's so adorable in the movie la. I'm really not a fan of Zac, but daaaaaym son. He's absolutely gorgeous in the movie. So charming. Izzat went all gaga over the leather jacket ;) Mmmmm ;);) yum.Sighs*

After the movie, Izzat reminded me i had to pay bills and shit. Such a doll, drove me to the ATM and to pay my bills and then picked up Trina for me also. All the guys were going to go for the Mad Max event, so i was EVEN more excited la. The night..was amazing. I had so so so much fun. I'm so happy everyone else had fun! I went with the BEST group of people ever. Although there was a little bit of complication regarding the stamps and who was staying for to club and all, i`m so so so happy you all stayed! :)

Izzat,Van,West,Naz,Faritz,Jinyin,Ling,Syam,Ash,Rizzo,Trina,Jervis & Faizal (who joined a little later). You guys are the BEST mofuckin` crowd ever la :) :) I smiled for days just thinking about it. Still smiling :)

It was supposed to be a movie marathon, but ended up baking brownies. Had lunch and then went to get all the ingredients. Convinced Naz & Zal to drop by after playing snooker..or pool. I kept wanting Naz to meet Adri ; cuz i thought they were very alike. Even Hariz agreed!

After baking, Pua Sze had to leave so the rest of us went to Hartamas Square for dinner. After hanging for abit, i picked up Ninjafish & headed to Old Town to meet Ashypashy.

Greenview ;

Went for Sang Har Meen + the BEST freakin sotong EVER with Trina,PuaSze,Mariam & Adri. I swear. The sotong. The sotong.. mmmmmmmmmmbaby. The sotong.

Candice's House Visit ;

Candice came over after not seeing her..the whole time i was back! Damn long la jebus. We ate my new found favourite sotong (thanks to going to greenview ). Managed to catch up quite abit. Sigh, my song quite laku right? I damn don't like the song already la Candice.

After meeting Candice, i rushed off to meet Trina. Saw her new house. Which is a major party pad! I love it :) Then we went to watch HarryPothead :) Thanks trina for the tickets <3

Euro Deli ;

Went to Taylors and went to AC for abit. I absolutely despise AC ay. Had watermelon juice with Pickles :) After you know,hanging around for "nothing", Alison directed me to Euro Deli in..i don't know where. It's kinda on the way to Bangsar.
