On Saturday : KLUE URBANSCAPES 2008.
I thought it was pretty cool. Everyone was all dressed up. Listening to indie music + selling really quirky items. The only downer for me though , was the freakin weather. It was scorching hot,ugh . TL and I didn't have tickets to go inside but lucky us , we bumped into Shaz who had 25 free tickets and he very kindly gave us tickets ( thank you!)
Heeeeey! There was a Guitar Hero booth. WHY.THE.HELL DIDN'T I SEE THE GUITAR HERO BOOTH?! *curses silently*Trina and i managed to get some cool air inside. We also saw very artsy displays. I managed to take pictures of only two though.
Styrofoam man! It moves when you pull the strings.
Urbanscapes also featured indie films by local directors and music by Love Me Butch,Estrella,One Buck Short.. etc. Didn't manage to see them but i did manage to find something to buy *score*.

I wanted the Topshop earth friendly bag :( Should've gone earlier and we would've been the first 250 people to sign up for Klue's something something and the bag would have be ouuuurs ! Grr.

Overall i thought the event was pretty cool. Bumped into a few people. Should have gone earlier though. Less weather impact. But i thought it was very cool how unique everything was. Not bad ah local artists / directors with their indie movies and all!
I`d definitely go for the next one...earlier + wear sunblock. Saturday was insanely exhausting i felt i was going to collapse. ( if i do one day i expect jellybeans and/or chocolate covered strawberries from everyone) .
